Shipping & Delivery
We ship Monday through Saturday except during Bead Show weekends.  We strive to send out your order within 1-2 days of receiving it.  US first class mail with tracking and US Priority mail options are available.  US Priority mail is recommended since it is insured.  If you choose US First Class mail, you will assume responsibility for the cost of items lost in the mail. We have not had problems with lost packages to date.  You can find the tracking information on your package by logging in to the website and going to "My Orders" .  On US Priority mail orders, tracking information is also provided to you in the email that we send to confirm that the shipment is complete.
 
FREE Shipping
Free shipping is available for any order over $25.00.  The shipping method will be determined by us depending on the size of the package.  Either USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail will be used.  If you need your package faster, please consider using one of the express shipping options instead.
 
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns on products for any reason within 30 days of shipment provided return is in original condition.  Please contact us beforehand so that we can determine the best way to handle the return. The product must be in its original packaging and unused. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded as part of the standard return process.
If a product is determined to be defective, these requirements may be waived and replacement will be provided.  Please contact us for additional information. 
 
Ordering
We make every effort to keep our offerings in stock and available for reordering.  If an item is out of stock, it will be listed as Out of Stock on the website.  By going to the product page for that item, you can request notification when it is back in stock.  Occaisionally, there may be times after the order is complete that an item will be determined to be out of stock due to inventory errors, or show sales that were not posted at the time of the order.  If this happens, we will email you to determine if you wish to hold the order for the out of stock item or send the order without that item.  When appropriate, we may also suggest a replacement item for your order.
 
Payment
In order to provide the most secure experience, we us Paypal payment processing.  You do NOT need a Paypal account to use this service. All major credit cards are accepted. Just click on the link that says "Pay with a credit card" at the bottom of the payment screen.
 
Sales Tax
All customers with a Georgia address will be charged sales tax.  Sales tax does not apply in all other states.
 
Pricing & Promotions
On the Rocks strives to provide quality products at the best everyday price.  Occaisionally, we will offer a promotional discount using a coupon code.  In order to receive that discount, just enter the coupon code on the checkout page.
